I didn't stay at Discovery Hotel i trying to cancel it though expedia app i did do have a conversation with a agent i never got any money back

Staff members were welcoming and respectful. Towels were changed everyday and beds make. However, on arrival we could smell cigarette smoke in the room for hours. So we were forced to open the windows for hours. The room was never hoovered until the 4th day.

The hotel is filthy, mold on the ceiling and door to bathroom had a broken lock, and carpet and bed was covered in fur, and there is a very loud constant noise that can be heard in the top floors... The worst hotel i have ever seen, the manager did not seem surprised that we were leaving... I truly hope they improve things

Average hotel nothing special. Rooms were small and service was awful and the staff didn’t know English and even the number Of room was written in a Piece of paper . Very unprofessional
