At check in we asked for breakfast and were. told there is an extra charge for it We agreed to this and were asked if we wanted it added to the bill, which again we confirmed. When we paid it was it TRL currency and so did not know what we had been charged. At breakfast we were accused of not paying. We were then asked to pay again. We tried to argue the point but were just told to pay.. We also could not access the internet in our rooms. The receptionist at check in was belligerent and uninterested. We feel he did not add the breakfast or switch on internet. The morning staff were also unapologetic and just wanted our money. We were made to feel like criminals
