It's alright nothing special

Decent hotel if you want to visit the new Tower it's at walking distance and there's a shisha cafe around the corner. Not much else however. Bedding was mouldy and service was just okay.

The hotel was cute and charming, staff was super cooperative. Breakfast was not worth $9/person. You could get very good breakfast with the same amount of money in Mashhad, restaurant next door. If I ever come back I will stay here again.

Nice hotel

Overall it is a nice hotel. The only problem was our bathroom had a terrible sewer smell at times. Also they used too much perfume room spray in the lobby. It was so strong that we had to wait outside rather than sit in the seating area.

Disappointed Customer

The room was clean and comfortable, but there were significant issues that affected my stay: I had booked a superior double room, but the room I was given did not match that description. Prior to my stay, I informed the hotel via email that this was a business trip. However, I was extremely disappointed to find that I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi, and the staff were unable to resolve the issue. The receptionist informed me that the Wi-Fi was not enabled for laptops, forcing me to purchase a dongle and rely on mobile data, which was challenging due to the hotel's weak signal. Additionally, the hotel does not provide breakfast, so I had to pay an extra £8 per day for breakfast, which was not worth the cost.

Kahvaltı ekstra ücret ile alınmasına rağmen verilmedi. Sistemde yok denildi. Alındığına dair makbuz gösterilmesine rağmen kahvaltı yerindeki sorunlu müdüre söyleyin diyerek orada. Çıkarttı. Müdür özür diledi sisteme düşmedi diyerek açıklama yaptı ama kahvaltı yapılmasına izin verilmeden ve sorun çözülmeden ayrıldık. Verilen kahvaltı ücreti iade bile edilmedi. Talep ediyorum.
