We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The staff is very curteous and willing to go the extra mile to help. Ask for Ibrahim or Ozil at the reception for great tips on the city (Ibrahim’s english is perfect). Conveniently located within about 2 miles of Taksim square and Hagia Sofia ...

I would like to say that it was amazing hotel by personalities of hotel and stuff in hotel. The place is perfect near to MetroBus which you can go everywhere cheaply and faster than other vehicle . Then there are restaurants with turkish delight and markets where you can find lots of needed.i would like to share my opinion hotel condition, clean and there are lots of usefull stuff such us tea point in room , refrigerator and washing mashine too. Additionally, there is stuff to dry washed dresses. Great place to stay with family and friends

Showers flooding, no ac?

The showers flood to the whole bathroom after a few minutes. I thought this issue was just with my room, but I stayed with other 4 colleagues, each of us on our own room, and all showers had the same issue. Also air-conditioner is not working and after asking the staff they mentioned they only turn the master system on the hotter days. Had pretty bad nights in a very hot room.

Das Personal war meistens freundlich. (Ausser der Receptionist beim Check-In) Die Ausstattung im Zimmer war nicht all zu schlecht. Aber das ganze Hotel sieht so aus als wären sie mit dem Aufbau noch nicht fertig. Im Badezimmer kamen lose Kabel aus den Wänden, überall Farbflecken, nicht genügend Lichter, im Foyer gar keine Lichter. Eigentlich ist dieses Hotel ein schlechter Witz...
