We paid for a triple room with a sea view, but when we arrived we were told there was no such thing. They put us in a “city view” room. The view was of a dilapidated building, nothing more. We were also told that if we didn’t move our car first thing in the morning, it would be towed. My son and I are handicap and the nearest otopark was more than 7 minutes walk from the hotel and when I asked if there was something closer, I was told to “just go”… “ it is not that far” even after explaining an inability to walk long distance. The area around the hotel has limit access during daytime hours and is blocked by closed roads and guards. Management was spoken to about our issues but nothing was resolved… he simply stated it wasn’t his fault.

Exceeded my expectations

It was amazing! The staff was extremely welcoming and nice. Hotel was clean and the breakfast terrace had amazing views. Will definitely be coming back to Ephesus Hotel.

Fantastic staff - nice hotel

The staff here was amazing! Big thank you to manager Faruk and worker Ömer who were very helpful to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We were greeted with a warm welcome. The breakfast area/terrace was nice and the choice was good. We were very glad to be able to order room service when needed. My massage treatment at the Spa was fantastic.
