The hotel is not close to airport and they sent a message to me they had only one-way shuttle to airport. Our experience of getting taxi to the hotel was horrible. We were left by the highway when we refused to pay 2500 lir for 14 minutes drive

Clean, sweet bed, cheaper than the competition by far. Staff speaks enough english to take care of you and they're good people. Not swindlers like some out for naive tourists (which is all of us) some cabies will charge you double. Be a a dick, tell'm to set and point the meter at you. Or ride in the back driver's seat and let'm know you're paying attention.

When booking room, they provided incomplete street address. As a result my uber driver left me-off one hour from location. I was stranded in the wrong part of town with no way to know where I was going or someone to communicate.

Easy access to SAW airport via cab or metro 5min walk with luggage. Metro is quicker/safer than cab. Clean and large rooms, comparable to any American brand hotel and half the price. Good for 1 or 2 nights. No Istanbul experience staying here though. Just commute

The room was great however the hotel is immediately beside a very busy highway. It was impossible to get a good night's rest. I felt like i was listening to the Indianapolis 500 stock car race all night.
