Hospitality was amazing. The lady at the reception was so nice and cooperative. She go extra mile to help customers. The place is very clean and quite with many dining and shopping options around.

Pretty basic rooms but clean. When I used the faucet in the bathroom, it broke and the water would not turn off so I called the reception and they had to send over a plumber which was a pretty big inconvenience since he had to come back a couple of times with tools and parts to fix the faucet. While the faucet broke around 5 PM I had to wait until 10 PM for it to be fixed. Also, the transportation service the hotel is using (that I paid extra for) is less than stellar, the driver was late to pick me up in the morning and then he had to stop to buy cigarettes while I was waiting in the shuttle.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a warm and welcoming hotel clerk. Our room was exceptionally clean. We appreciated that they allowed us to have a late check out. This hotel is convenient to the airport. I would highly recommend staying here. We would not hesitate to stay again if we are ever in Istanbul.

Nice hotel

The hotel is very lovely, it’s perfect for staying one night between flights. The room was clean, very friendly staff. It is 20 minutes from airports on taxi. Very nice breakfast and specially coffee. We would happy to stay in this hotel again.

Staff were excellent ,especially Türkan who was lovely ,friendly and helpful .We stayed here for 6 day city break but most guests use it as a layover stop for their flights so for us transportation costs to city was expensive .Highly recomended hotel though .local area has plenty of cafes with good dining options which were good value for money but not much else .

We had a 1 night stay between flights. My wife and I were greeted by a friendly guy who made us a cup of tea and was amused when we asked for milk in our tea. The next morning we had an early start and the man made us a sandwich and cup of tea at 4.45 am and was just as friendly and helpful as the man the night we arrived. The hotel arranged transport to and from the airport stress free. The room was clean with a nice bathroom. We were very happy with the friendly, helpful service we got. We would stay here again if we returned to the area, and would totally recommend to other travelers.
