Hotel was spacious, clean and easily accessible to most tourist spots and transfer stations. Has good staff support with 24 hours reception. Osman in particular was very helpful and eager to assist every time we need clarification/advice. We had a morning flight and he also helped to reserve a private airport transfer with good prices and quality services enabling us to have a hassle free ride to the airport 4am in the morning. Thank you! Would love to stay here again.

The policy of not being able to have guests even for lunch or drink dooring day time is nonsense. For the amount of money the condition of the unit desired more. The real value in the size of the unit, but not being able to have anyone over looses the whole point of the kitchen and size

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is excellent, the apartment was very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The service was outstanding, with regular and well-organized room service. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. We have traveled to Istanbul many times and this was the best experience we’ve had. Keep it up! We will definitely come back again!

Oda temizdi, çarşaflar havlular..çalışanlar son derece yardımsever,işini düzgün yapan ve yardımsever insanlardı,huzurlu ve güvenli bir ortam vardı, çok memnun kaldık. Tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ederiz. Tek olumsuz taraf hava çok soğuktu oda ısısını arttırmak istedik, termostatı bloke ettik geldiler ilgilendiler düzelttiler ama ısıyı biraz daha arttırmak istediğimizde olmadı.Filtrelerde sorun varmış, çocuklar olmasa umursamazdık, üşümedik ama gece ısı düşüyordu,çocuklar için endişelendik biraz.
