The hotel itself was nice enough, location was good. This was the only place in Turkey I felt hassled by the staff. Upon arrival one of the men working the desk took my bag to walk it up to my room. Something I am perfectly capable of. There were no smiles or pleasantries, He was being pushy and intimidating. He then squared up with me in the room for tip and lectured me about the amount. I was gone for a day then came back as it was easiest for me to leave one bag there while traveled out to Adalar for one night. Around midnight, while sleeping, a member of the staff woke me up to get a photo of my passport because they forgot to take a picture of it when I checked back in. (They had a photocopy from 2 nights before already). Not a huge deal but very disorienting to get a knock on the door at that hour. Being male and an experienced traveler I didn't feel unsafe, just hassled. If a female traveling alone had been treated this way I can imagine she would feel unsafe here.

Harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Merkezi konumu, zengin kahvaltısı ve güler yüzlü personeliyle bizi fazlasıyla memnun etti. Temizlik konusunda da oldukça başarılıydı. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

1階受付は開けた空間で明るい。スタッフも必ず受付におり、かなり親切に対応してくれる。古い建物であることは否めないが、部屋はリノベーションしてきれいで、基本的な設備は十分である。立地もタクシン広場へアクセスがよく、治安も問題ない。朝ご飯のビュッフェもおいしい。
