There is no sitting in the lobby, but the terrace is open 24/7 We used it every night! Very friendly staff and delicious breakfast!

Realy its very bad Beacuse as in my booking the room area 35m2 and tv41inch but the room area is abt 25m2 and tv32 and very very small bathroom And the reciption have very bad staff even I asked for taxi not help me and my bags not help me I bring my self from the room and to taxi along way with my cheldren

Only The Egyptian guys working there were helpful otherwise it was a bad experience in comparison to the surrounding hotels. The Turkish receptionist doesn't know how to smile. Bad bathroom, no restaurant, no area to keep the bags for few hours after checking out otherwise you have to pay full room, it was very poor hotel

It was good. We arrived late at night and people were friendly in the neighborhood to help us find the hotel from the tram station. The picture on the hotel.com site is not a picture of the hotel, but rather the hotel across the street.

Nightmare for 2 nights!

Location is great, echoing other reviewers, and nothing else is. The room was so tiny that we couldn't even open our suitcases. The air conditioner broke down TWICE (once each day/night, in the middle of August!) and the second time around we were handed a fan. Front desk did not take responsibility of the second time air con broke, saying how they did their part and got us a repair. What kind of logic is that? More so, hot water was turned off when we tried to take a shower at 6pm. Their wifi also is unusable for 1.5 days - I've voiced out to the front desk. Watch out if you are staying at this hotel, the proprietor told me I can give him poor ratings all I want, he just won't take responsibility for any of these problems.

Comfy and well located

Staff did not know much information about some tourist places, but we're always eager to help. Wi-Fi kept dropping off and was slow. Breakfast was really good, single room was small, but clean and bed was quite comfortable.

Small hotel - cheap, too, and well placed..BUT...

I stay frequently in Istanbul, having family there. My usual hotels, nearby in fact, were booked out so I plumped for this one. It took ages to find, for the online map was incorrect. It is adequate but minimal....fine if you want to spend the minimum on a room but in a particularly noisy spot with people eating and drinking nearby outside till 2am or later. There is double glazing (and air conditioning ) but the noise was still unsettling.

Overall a good experience; 5 minutes away from Sultanahmet; no parking in front of the hotel; staff helpfull. Close to the train station and Galatasaray Bridge.

Good location

Good location- it's in between 2 tram stops; short walking distance to Gulhane park; close to Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque and Basilica Cistern. Very safe even to walk at night. Matt at the front desk was very helpful, friendly and pleasant. Our 2-twin bed room was relatively small but comfortable; contemporary in design.

Good location but lots of street noise

This hotel was fine for the price we paid - €50 for a twin. There was a lot of street noise especially from the tram going by outside. Breakfast was the usual tea/coffee, bread, cheese, croissants, cookies , eggs.

Bad Service

Hotel is very hard to find. Extra small rooms and bathrooms. very uncomfortable beds. Horrible service at the front desk. The only positive is that it's located in the center of everything and walking distance to all the points of interest around there.

Paid when I initially booked the room then was swindled for cash when I checked In. I will never return to turkey simply because of the hotel clerk taking cash after I had already paid by card.
