Very clean and friendly staff. Yavuz bey helped me every time I had a question. I thank everyone. The only thing I would recommend is a better selection of breakfast items. Breakfast buffet was very bland.

Nice experience and comfortable stay

The room was cozy, clean, and well maintained. The location is very convenient — close to Migros and just a short walk to the metro station. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. However, there are a few things to keep in mind: there are short stairs in front of the lobby, so you may need to carry your luggage, and staff might not always be available to assist. Also, getting in and out of a car in front of the hotel can be a bit tricky due to limited space. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for the location!

a great place for lovers of cleanliness

Housekeeping is the foundation of this hotel, every time you come to the room after cleaning you become happy about the care for the client. Thanks to all the boys and girls from the housekeeping team. Well and overall the hotel is very new and beautiful, it's good that there are rooms for smokers, breakfast was 50/50 but I can note the delicious juices and waffles that you make yourself. This is now my favorite hotel in Istanbul and I will stay there again.

Great place to stay!!

Ezel, Nurten, Yavuz ve Sude are excellent assets to the company. They are very friendly and go out of their way to help and make you feel comfortable. I extended my stay instead of going to different hotel when my time was up. The breakfast is not that great it needs a little more variety. I am tired of the same bread and cheese for the past 10 days. You need simit and mennem or kizartma every once in a while. Kudos to employees but not the kitchen.

Oda çok temizdi. Kahvaltı çeşitliliğini çok beğenmedim.Biraz daha seçenek olabilirdi. Çoğu biten ürün tekrar yenilenmiyordu. Örneğin waffle bölümündeki meyveler. Ya da Kruvasanlar. Konum olarak çok güzel bir yerdeydi otoparkı olmaması biraz üzücü ama aracı park edecek yer bulmuştuk problem olmadı

Un hôtel 3 étoiles qui fait le job. Chambres propres et fonctionnelles, encore neuves, bonne literie, wifi de qualité. Dans toutes les chambres, table et fer à repasser ! Metro Merter à proximité, ainsi que zeytinubru (métro et stations de bus). Salle de sport accessible 24 h/24. Le gros point négatif : La taille de la salle de réception et, à moindre mesure, la qualité du petit déjeuner. Même dans le métro parisien j’ai plus de chance de trouver une place assise ! Les tables sont petites, que 2 ou 3 grandes tables, pour un hôtel de 8 étages, je vous laisse imaginer l’embouteillage. Cette salle est très mal conçue, il faut de toute urgence repenser l’assise. Le personnel en salle avait l’air inexpérimenté, et pas à l’aise, les sourires sont rares, et l’efficacité n’était pas au rendez-vous. Ils étaient la plupart du temps supervisé par une dame avec ordinateur et téléphone, qui s’asseyait toujours sur l’une des rares grandes tables de la salle.... mais va le faire ailleurs ton job, tu ne vois pas comment on galère pour trouver des places ???? Petit-déj très basique, peut de choix et horriblement répétitif, sauf pour ceux qui aiment les concombres, tomates, pancakes et petits croissants industriels.

De standaard kamers zijn aan de kleine kant maar met een goed bed, goede en stille airco, goed geïsoleerd en met een prima badkamer. Jammer is dat er geen gesloten kast is om je spullen op te hangen ook de ruimte om je kleding te leggen is beperkt.
