Close to tramway. Excellent, friendly and helpful staff. Bedroom was small with less than 12 inches either side of the bed. Needed better lighting as room was too dark to read a book. All the facilities worked perfectly and housekeeping was of a high standard. No bar area and only delivery service food availability was a drawback, but overall it made an excellent base for exploring Istanbul.

All staff, without exception, were excellent. We were made to feel very welcome on arrival, at breakfast the waiters were very attentive and the breakfast selection was very good. I had many questions regarding things to do and how to arrive at my points of interest and the staff were super keen to help. Very nice stay. Thanks.

The room was so small and not enough room for 2 people! We could barely walk in their room. It is overly priced. The location however is good front of the sea and close to the town. The receptionist was supposed to charge me $150 US dollars but he ended up charging me $170 US dollars! I emailed them but they never said anything about that!
