The only positive was the location near the airport. It’s noisy, no soundproofing, mediocre cleaning and very small room. They also refuse to provide pick up from airport which I have already paid for through hotels.com

Booked this small family run hotel because of its close location to the airport and free shuttle service. Though it says free return shuttle but it means one way return to the airport. It charged 15 Euro from airport to the hotel which is very reasonable price.

Good for a one night only stay. The hotel is right by the street and the rooms are not soundproof so you can hear a lot of the car passing but if you’re not a light sleeper you’ll be fine. Extremely flexible and efficient. The airport transfer came in clutch. Would totally recommend for a quick stay if you’re in transit in Istanbul. Felt safe there as well as a female solo traveler.

Do NOT book a stay here! We had booked a room for 1 night stay for a flight layover 3 months in advance, our booking was confirmed until they scammed us 10 min prior to arrival! The hotel concierge reached out to us via WhatsApp chat to offer airport transfer for a fee. We spent a day chatting with them about the details and we were sent instructions requiring a selfie on arrival to ensure ethe driver knew who he was picking up. As soon as they received a picture of a friendly face they informed me all the rooms in the hotel we booked were "sold out" and they would host is in the "sister" property heavenly inn. The concierge sent a message claiming due to the inconvenience the airport transfer and the room were going to be "on us". We said it should be fine and how would we be refunded for the room which is when they backtracked on the offer and said they would waive 15 euro airport transfer ( return was already included) and we still would be paying for the room. We realized something was off and said we do not agree to stay anywhere else and we want our confirmed booked room in the heavenly premium. The receptionist raised his voice at me when I questioned why there were clearly others who spoke Turkish waiting to be checked in but magically out room wasn't available 10 min prior to our arrival. They scammed us into an old disgusting room next door, it had a gross smell, electrical plugs werent working, no water or toilet paper available and there were electric wire exposed

The staff could be nicer given it's a hotel and misinformation was not ideal. I would have expected the same information. They're on the busiest street and you could hear every single car that passes by every second. I didn't hear any planes. I couldn't sleep and early morning the construction folks had to work and that's end of story. Their shuttle service I'll give them a 5 star from the airport, very convenient and instructions were clear no issues there and they're quick to respond so a plus and close to the airport too. Breakfast was a very unique experience for me, I'll give it a 1 but maybe that's the Turkish style, the first for me and hopefully the last.

We are writing to express our dissatisfaction with the deceptive practices of Heaven Premium Airport Hotel in Istanbul. In March 2025 we booked and paid a room for October 1, 2025 with conformation. When we arrived in Istanbul Heaven Premium Airport Hotel even send email on September 28 and October 1 to confirm the booking for Heaven Premium Airport Hotel. But when we took the hotel shuttle to the hotel instead we were taking to Lenora Airport Hotel which is significantly smaller, cheaper and without breakfast service. We talked to the person-in-charge with the Heaven Premium Airport Hotel on the phone and his responded that the hotel is overbooked and refused to provide us a room at Heaven Premium Airport Hotel . He only offered us the shuttle service to the hotel for breakfast and take us to airport. Next day we were shuttle to the Hotel for breakfast the reception in Heaven Premium Airport refused to offer us the shuttle to the airport after we finished breakfast. So we have to take a taxi. We were very unhappy with this arrangement and felt that it was not a suitable replacement for the hotel we have originally booked .We are seeking compensation for the inconvenience and mental stress caused by this experience. We are writing to express our extreme dissatisfaction with the deceptive practices of Heaven Premium Airport Hotel in Istanbul. On Oct 1,2025,we had a confirmed booking at this hotel. We received a text an hour before we arrived Istanbul, at there was shuttle service to take us to the hotel. However, 5 minutes before we arrived the hotel we received another text msg that they would be transferring us to their sister hotel, Lenora Airport Hotel due to over booking, even though we booked our hotel in March. Lenora Airport Hotel is significantly smaller and cheaper ,with no breakfast service. The Hotel refused to provide us with a room at Heaven Premium Hotel and instead offered to take us to the original hotel for breakfast. We were unhappy with this arrangement and felt it was not a suitable replacement for the hotel we originally booked. Furthermore, after breakfast the next day, the hotel refused to provide us with a shuttle back to the airport, leaving us to take a taxi . We are seeking compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused by this experience. Appreciated your attention in this matter. Thanks.

On October 1, 2025, we had a confirmed booking at this hotel. We received a text an hour before we arrived Istanbul that there was shuttle service to take us to the hotel.
