I booked this hotel and paid for what was advertised as a "round-trip airport transfer," to find out later that I would not be picked up from the airport, but only dropped off there at the end of my stay. Still a good value for the money, but very unfair to advertise the service and refuse to provide it after booking... The breakfast options were extremely limited—boiled eggs, bread, and condiments. The room was nice and clean. They did let me check in a little earlier and check out 30 minutes later, free of charge.

The location might be convenient, but the noise level was a major issue. Even during late hours, the sound of vehicles made it difficult to relax and sleep. We would recommend requesting a room away from the roadside if you plan to stay here.

The only positive was the location near the airport. It’s noisy, no soundproofing, mediocre cleaning and very small room. They also refuse to provide pick up from airport which I have already paid for through hotels.com

Booked this small family run hotel because of its close location to the airport and free shuttle service. Though it says free return shuttle but it means one way return to the airport. It charged 15 Euro from airport to the hotel which is very reasonable price.

Good for a one night only stay. The hotel is right by the street and the rooms are not soundproof so you can hear a lot of the car passing but if you’re not a light sleeper you’ll be fine. Extremely flexible and efficient. The airport transfer came in clutch. Would totally recommend for a quick stay if you’re in transit in Istanbul. Felt safe there as well as a female solo traveler.

Do NOT book a stay here! We had booked a room for 1 night stay for a flight layover 3 months in advance, our booking was confirmed until they scammed us 10 min prior to arrival! The hotel concierge reached out to us via WhatsApp chat to offer airport transfer for a fee. We spent a day chatting with them about the details and we were sent instructions requiring a selfie on arrival to ensure ethe driver knew who he was picking up. As soon as they received a picture of a friendly face they informed me all the rooms in the hotel we booked were "sold out" and they would host is in the "sister" property heavenly inn. The concierge sent a message claiming due to the inconvenience the airport transfer and the room were going to be "on us". We said it should be fine and how would we be refunded for the room which is when they backtracked on the offer and said they would waive 15 euro airport transfer ( return was already included) and we still would be paying for the room. We realized something was off and said we do not agree to stay anywhere else and we want our confirmed booked room in the heavenly premium. The receptionist raised his voice at me when I questioned why there were clearly others who spoke Turkish waiting to be checked in but magically out room wasn't available 10 min prior to our arrival. They scammed us into an old disgusting room next door, it had a gross smell, electrical plugs werent working, no water or toilet paper available and there were electric wire exposed
