Absolutely loved it, especially Mr. Karim's (manager) and the staff's attitude. It was warm, welcoming. I had an online exam and they provide me with a mirror for security check. They let us use their storage room to place our luggage. Also, they cooperate with us to stay a few hours overtime free of charge.

The bedroom we got had almost zero natural light and was pretty small. But good if you only need a place to sleep and it’s in a pretty good location.

Everything was good, especially the staffs were really kind and helpful! The breakfast was good, with a good view! But there was only one thing if you have too many pieces of luggage, there isn't any room, and it's a tiny place.

The rooms are small , but very cute. the staff is very friendly .they speak English and Spanish. The food is good. It’s from a walking distance from several attractions. Highly recommend.

The location for this property is perfect if you want to immerse yourself in the bustling istiklal street. The hotel staff are incredibly helpful and every request was completed quickly. Karem and his team were AMAZING and always helpful. Breakfastt options were good and the chef had prepared a lot of delicious warm menu items. The rooms (connecting family) we stayed in, however, are smaller than usual but if you choose the suite or king room, there is plenty of space and a bigger bathroom. I would suggest rooms 501 I would definitely stay here again next time.

Get the suite if you can as all other rooms face the busy street. The lift is in the middle so all rooms will be affected by the noise. Rooms are extremely small. Bathrooms are very compact. We were transferred to a suite after we slept in a room which was not cleaned. The manager was very apologetic and kind. He ensured the rest of our stay was comfortable. The breakfast was ok. The coffee shop just below the hotel is good. Would recommend this hotel as it is in the heart of everything but if you are a light sleeper then no. Get the suites where the room is at the back. Beds are very soft and bouncy so not very comfortable. Lots of convenient late night bars and cafes around.

Kerim the receptionist was simply fantastic. Overall their service is good. The rooms are very very small you can barely swing a cat. The room is just for sleeping. The breakfast was average at least better than American standards. Location was fantastic great shopping and eating places . You are on Istiklal street which is the main avenue for everything you need .

An Small Gem in A HUGE City

With so many hotels in Istanbul to choose from - finding the right hotel cam be a bit overwhelming - however after reading the reviews about this hotel I decided it was worth trying - and SO HAPPY I DID - 1st the staff is WONDERFUL / kind - they go out of their way to make you feel welcome with all requests granted ... As well the manager Kerim takes great pride in making certain all guest needs are taken care of - 2nd the LOCATION COULD NOT BE BETTER - PERFECT ! Shopping / restaurants - night life / YET with NO NOISE / Close to the main shopping street less then a minute away / 20 minutes walk to Galalaport with its restaurants and new shops / EVERYTHING you need at your door step ! ... 3rd cost GREAT VALUE for your money - IF you desire a wonderful / memorable stay then you need look no further ... I already booked my next holiday in this AMAZING / CREATIVE / VIBRANT and KIND HEARTED CITY !
