Otel tam bi fiyasko

Otelde konaklayamadan ayrılmak zorunda kaldım. Odaları görmeden sadece fotoğraf üzerinden bakip satın almıştım. Fakat gittiğimde şekli görünüm olarak oda aynı olmasına ragmen cok eski esyalar yatak ve yatak ortusu vardi. Lavabo temizligi de bi o kadar koty ve vasatti. Sozde 4 yildizli bi otel icin oldukca vasatti. 5 dk sonra orelden ayrildim. Rezervasyonumu iptal için netten araştırdım fakat muhatap bulamadım bu nedenle paranın iadesini talep ediyorum. Ayrıca gerek duyarsam trivago sitesine de benzer bi mail atmayı ve sonuç alınmazsa heriki site içinde yasal sürece başvurmayı planlıyorum
