2 kisilik olarak rezervasyon yaptirdigimiz oda fazlasiyla küçüktü. Icerisinde dolap dahi bulunmuyordu. Tek kisilik konaklama icin uygun olabilir ancak cift kisi icin hiç uygun degil. Bu sebeple ilk anda soguk duş etkisi yasadik. Daha buyuk bir oda istedigimizde gecelik fiyati 2 kati daha pahali olan baska bir oda teklif edildi. Mecburen kabul etmek zorunda kaldik. Evet, gectigimiz yeni oda cok daha guzel, ferah ve rahatti ama planladigimiz butcenin cok uzerindeydi. Rezervasyon yaptirdigimiz oda asiri derecede kucuk olmasaydi bu harcamayi yapmak zorunda kalmazdik. Personel guler yüzlü ve yardimseverdi. Yeni odada yaşadigimiz ufak tefek sorunlari ve ihtiyaclarimizi samimiyetle cozmeye calistilar. Genel olarak odalardaki en onemli sorun, kücük olmasi yaninda, banyo ve wc bölumunun duvar yerine cam ile ayrilmis olmasi. Bu nedenle ses izolasyonu diye birsey maalesef yok. Bunun dısinda otelin merkezi konumda olmasi ve kahvaltidaki cesitlilik guzeldi.

Service with very unpleasantly small room

Rooms were terribly small. Initially room book was appearing as double room but later when we checked in it was only a small single room. Beds were too too narrow. N worse was absense of any shelf. However service was very pleasant.

Es ist zwar ein kleines Hotel mit kleinen Zimmern aber das Gesamtpaket stimmt! Personal Top freundlich und zuvorkommend ! Die Zimmer sind Sauber aber in den Jahren gekommen! Das ist aber kein Problem wenn das drumherum soweit passt ! Hotel ist sehr Zentral gelegen !

There was nothing unique about this hotel. Firstly, the location wasn’t good at all. You’ll have to walk a 200m hill for catching a tram. You’ll have to walk another 100m hill to get into Istiqlal street. It’s not at all near to that. It’s the most ugliest hotel I’ve ever seen. I booked it for 3 nights, but when I went to the room after checking in and the payment, it wasn’t the room which I saw here on Expedia. It was a simple mattress on the floor. Do not trust on the photos. The receptionist was very very rude. He laughed on me when I was asking him to help me out. I had paid €129 for 3 nights. But I couldn’t stay in this hotel for a second. Instead I booked Triada Residence, right at Istiqlal, above CZN Burak. Again, do not stay here.

The hotel is in a great location for the bars and restaurants of Taksim Square. Room is small but travelled alone, so ideal. Shower, fridge, air con, hair dryer everything you need.

Giriş yapmamıza rağmen rezervasyonu iptal ettiler

Otele sabah kimliklerimizi verip giriş yapmış olmamıza rağmen gece geldiğimizde rezervasyonumuzun iptal olduğunu söyleyip cumartesi gecesi saat 11de bizi ortada bıraktılar. Başka bir otelde daha yüksek fiyata yer bulup oraya yönlendirip farkı ödemeyi teklif dahi etmediler. Bir daha kesinlikle bu otele rezervasyon yaptırmam. Rezillik resmen.
