Big cheat!!

Worst stay of my life! First of all wrong name of the hotel it wasn’t Istanbul budget but something else Then room was filthy full of cockroaches no AC working upon complaining no response from the reception instead said we can’t help! I want my full refund!!!

Nothing good about this hotel, all worst, tgey dont give towel, no toilet roll, no room cleaning, wobly toilet, block shower tray, too much outside and inside noise.

Por su bien NO se reserven aquí

Ha sido la peor experiencia, no reserven en este lugar, es un fraude. Reservé por 2 noches y me tuve que salir una noche antes, prefiriendo pagar nuevamente en otro hotel. Nos fuimos principalmente porque se quedaron sin agua y no nos podíamos bañar ni ir al baño siquiera. La habitación estaba sucia, la puerta del baño no cerraba. Toda la habitación olía a cigarro horrible. Cuando abrías la ducha (el único día que nos pudimos bañar) el piso se llenaba de agua y de la coladera salieron restos de ceniza de cigarro. Un asco total. Llegando del viaje tuve que lavar mi ropa 2 veces para quitar el olor tan penetrante a cigarro. Sin duda, el peor lugar donde me he hospedado.

Habe für mein Vater für 2 Nächte in Istanbul ein Hotel gebucht,das Hotel ist erst mal kein Hotel sondern ein altes Haus was mit mehreren Zimmer die auch zumeist ohne Fenster in ein Hotel umgewandelt ist.Die Bilder die bei Expedia zu sehen sind wurden glaube ich einmal fotografiert und bearbeitet.Sehr schreckliches Hotel.Mein Vater hat auch nicht dort übernachtet und hat sich ein anderes Hotel selber gebucht.Ich würde sehr gern mein Geld wieder zurück haben.Lg Yasar

Beni verdikleri odada kombi vardi ve sürekli calisiyordu. Degistirmek istedigimi söylememe ragmen degistirmediler. Cünkü cok fazla ses vardi ve basim agriyordu adeta. Cok lüks beklemedigimi, zaten düsük yildizli bir hotel lakin temizlik ve rahat uyku en basic ihtiyaclardir. Resepsiyondaki yeni baslayan cocuk yine ne sorun var diye beni azarlamaya calisti ki sorunu cözmemis olmasina ragmen. Yönetici veya sahibi oldugunu düsündügüm kisi iyi, belli isini biliyor. Hotel lokasyon olarak, yapi olarak iyi. Otel sahibinin calisanlari degistirirse ve hotelde ekstra katmadan temel hizmetleri iyi sekilde sunarsa daha fazla da para kazana bilir. Bunun icin calisanlari gözden gecirmesi gerekir.-
