The area of the hotel is in a very good area with lots of cafe and shops nearby walking distance. Not very far from tourist attractions. The pool and hot tub was well tempered and locker rooms were kept clean and hygienic. Door men staff were very friendly. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I stayed at this Marriott and we had a wonderful experience here. It’s a 5min walk from Metro and the Mall. We were able to take the metro to all the major sites like the grand bazaar, hajya sofia, blue mosque, and ferries to bosphorous river that connects the Black Sea to Mediterranean Sea. All very convenient by the metro system. At Breakfast: we were attended to every morning by Moes, Deniz, and Ebru who were all very attentive to us and personable. At the lounge: they were very attentive and polite as well.

I visited this property with my husband and found that the Marriott is in a very nice location, walkable to the metro and mall. Lots of stores around and was super easy to get to all the main attractions. July 12 to 15th,2025.

I am a very experienced traveler and have enjoyed exceptional service at many hotels around the world. However, I was not very happy with the customer service and food at Istanbul Marriott Sisli. Unfortunately, we got sick after eating room service. We reported the issue, but no one followed up or acknowledged our complaint. The room cleanliness was just okay—not up to the standard expected from a 5-star hotel. Overall, the experience was average and did not reflect the quality I usually associate with the Marriott brand.
