The hotel is nice. Its a bit noisy as its next to a highway. The bath drainage was choked and the ac was not working properly. I could smell smoke which i think was coming from other rooms. The management wasnt able to help in the situation. The restaurant food was ok. The breakfast buffet was better.

The staff was very helpful, but 2 things were difficult: the A/C was set to heat and the thermostat was locked. I called the desk and they said they would unlock it. I woke up 3 hours later and the heat was still on. Someone came up and was on the phone to the A/C company. After about 30 minutes they determined they could not unlock the system. They, however, were finally able to set it to a lower temperature (from 28°C to 17°C) and I opened the window. In the am, I took a shower. The water pressure was excellent, but the hairdryer did not work. The maintenance person would not be in until that afternoon and they had no alternative. The breakfast was good including eggs.

The hotel is located in close proximity to the airport circa 15mins. We initially booked a room designated for 5 people but this was suitable for 3 at best. An upgrade to a larger room cost 35 euro. The hotel staff were all very friendly, however the hotel felt old and tired

The airport pick up was a disappointment- driver was 25 minutes late , it was confusing at the connecting point. We waited in the cold did not see the car , end up the coordinated had to lead us to the parking building then finally the car came. This definitely did not worth for 35 Euros personal pick up. The Room of the hotel was so small and has no room for turning around, not to mention any place for opening the luggage’s.

It was not bad but it’s an old hotel need renovation and I don’t like the service there not honest.
