We had a fantastic time staying here. - staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. - the neighbourhood was magical. - and so adorable for the location. Would stay again.

Es wurde sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert, wir wurden mehrmals gefragt ob wir noch etwas benötigen etc. Kurz vor der Abreise wurde für uns sogar eine vertrauenswürdiger Flughafentransfer organisiert.

Girişteki resepsiyon yetkilileri çok ilgili arkadaşlardı ama hakkımız olan giriş saatinden (14.00) 40dk sonra (14.40) gibi giriş yaptık,oda henüz temizlenmemiş ve hazır değildi,çift olarak bekletildik, odamıza geçtikten 2-3 saat sonra erkek bir housekeeping odamıza kapı kilitli olmasına rağmen ve içerden seslenmemize rağmen ısrarla kapıyı açma girişiminde bulundu,inanılmaz rahatsız edici bi durumdu,gece konaklaması yapmadan check out yapmak zorunda kaldık,asla bir daha konaklama yapmayacağım.

Location is perfect

It was a nice experience. Hotel location is so central. You can easily walk to istiklal and galata tower.
