Excellent hotel located in a good area. Great transit options for both bus and metro, near two shopping malls and many cafe and restaurants nearby. Outstanding staff - very helpful with all requests. This was my second time to stay here, and I will certainly return when visiting İstanbul again in the future.

Nice hotel with everything you would need. Only problem was that the traffic outside was kind of loud in the night. We stayed at first floor, I would recommend getting a room higher up or away from the streets.

The staff here were nice and helpful, and the hotel was clean and modern. I stayed for just one night during a long layover. The location was convenient for me as I wanted to do some clothes shopping on a nearby street. However, when I returned around 9 PM, the alley was very dark and I could only see men walking around. Solo travelers might feel safer coming back earlier. At night, it wasn’t completely quiet. I could hear talking and shouting from the street and neighboring rooms.

Un bon hôtel, très propre; tarif toutefois un peu élevé (85 euros par nuit) compte tenu de la taille des chambres. Quartier bruyant jusqu'à 2 heures du matin. Mention particulière pour le petit déjeuner, de très bonne qualité, avec un personnel aimable et efficace. Point d'attention: les taxis. Demande de taxi effectuée le matin à la réception pour le soir, réponse dans le sens où il faut le demander 10 minutes avant. Le soir venu, la réception annonce qu'il n'y a pas de taxi disponible à cette heure. Coincés, nous avons été contraints d'accepter un taxi "hors de ses horaires de travail", avec un tarif 4 fois supérieur au tarif normal.

Istanbul is a big city, but I feel most at home around the Kanyon area. So every time I visit Istanbul, I stay at Levent and each time, I have a great experience. The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating, the rooms are clean and spacious and the breakfast is good.
