Otelde muhatap bulmak zor.

Konum çok guzeldi ama sözde kahvaltıyı bir türlü yiyemedik. Asansör arızalı klima arızalı. Elektrikli ısıtıcı verdiler. Temizlik idare ederdi. Ama biraz ilgilenilse iyi bir otel seviyesine ulaşır.

Personne à l'accueil de l'hôtel à 19h, ni à 8h le lendemain matin. Obligé d'attendre qu'un client sorte de l'hôtel pour rentrer, me connecter au WiFi et contacter l'hôte. La chambre "quadruple" n'avait que 3 lits... alors que sur la réservation j'avais précisé 2 adultes et 2 enfants... comme il n'y avait pas d'autres chambres de disponibles, un de nous a dormi sur le canapé. La propreté laisse à désirer : sol collant, draps tachés, lampe de la salle de bain mal accrochée, cheveux dans la douche, miettes dans le canapé... Enfin, nous avions choisi la formule petit déjeuner inclus, nous navons jamais vu le petit déjeuner...
