The hotel's unbeatable location in the city center made it easy to access attractions, dining, and entertainment, making it perfect for any traveler. What truly set Hotel apart was its amazing team. Each member was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The housekeeper was the sweetest woman. I especially appreciated when a staff member helped carry luggage down when the elevator was out of service. Big shoutout to Sahan, whose outstanding service, funniness, kind words and helpfulness made our stay even more special – my mum adored him! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredible staff — a special thank you to Cem, Sahand, and Alican, who went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring the historic heart of Istanbul — just a short walk to major landmarks, great restaurants, and public transport. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and well-equipped, offering a peaceful retreat after a long day of sightseeing. What really made this stay stand out was the hospitality. Cem was always helpful and attentive, Sahand made me feel right at home with his kindness, and Alican provided top-notch service with a smile every single day. 部屋はとてもきれいでした。 メトロ、トラムともに近く便利なところにあります。 Aksaray地区はやや治安が悪いという話も聞きましたが、それほど気になりませんでした。 部屋のクリーニングに少し時間を要したのと、冷蔵庫の不具合を伝えたつもりでしたが、うまく伝わらず対応に時間がかかったのが残念でした。 それ以外は、ホテルの皆さんも親切でした。
