Terrible experience – avoid this hotel Despite having a confirmed reservation, the hotel staff forced me to pay additional euros upon arrival. This happened at 2:00 a.m., when I was traveling with babies, which made the situation even more distressing. While they were “sorting it out,” they made us wait outside in the cold with our babies instead of immediately helping us or letting us stay inside. No apology, no urgency, and shockingly, not even a glass of water was offered at that hour. This is not how a “premium” hotel should treat guests—especially families with infants. The lack of professionalism, basic hospitality, and human decency was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, particularly if you are arriving late or traveling with children.

Unfortunately this was a poor experience. We were initially in a superior room and the toilet was not flushing. Staff inspected and changed us to another superior room one floor down. Likely due to backed up sewage pipes, the room smelled terrible. There was also constant alarm system on throughout the night. Personally would not be lodging at this facility in the future. Despite proximity to airport, I would look elsewhere.

Very clean and Quiet. Hotel staff were great. Building is modern and environment is excellent. Breakfast will be better if it is buffet. Airport shuttle also available for a fee which makes it very convenient. Communication is excellent.

The rooms were clean and nice. But, the lighting in the room was very dim, and there was no bed side light, just a glow behind the head board. The location is a bit off the beaten path, so once you are at the hotel, you are staying at the hotel, with no where to walk to. There is no alcohol, so be prepared. Dinner is listed in euros and is expensive for what you get. Lots of stairs with no accessibility options. While there are elevators in the buildings, there are steep stairs into the restaurant, and into the building we stayed in.
