Very nice, specious and clean hotel, especially for families that need space. There is a shopping mall (istanbul forum) right next to the hotel with a supermarket on the ground floor and also a big food court on the 3rd floor. There is also a metro literally 2 minutes walk to go into the central places in istanbul. Taxis are also always about if you need to go places. The guy at reception during the daytime called Waseem is a top guy and a gem at this hotel. Very knowledgeable and very open to help with any information needed. I can't praise him enough. His english is also very good. All in all very great stay at this hotel and would definetly reccommend to family and friends.

I spent a week with my family at this apartment hotel and had a great experience. The place was very clean, and the staff spoke English, which made communication easy. Very nice place , nice people clean room. exactly the same as pictures they advertised on website. Great customer service and Polite receptionist . Specially Omar and mehmet Been really helpful and they communicate English very well. Amine was really nice too. Amenities around was good. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is perfect — just a short walk from a large shopping mall, which made dining, shopping, and even catching a movie incredibly convenient. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the service. The reception lady, Su, was absolutely amazing. She greeted me with a warm smile every time I passed by and was always ready to help with any questions I had. Her professionalism, kindness, and local recommendations really added a personal touch to my stay.

Our family spent a week at the Mayar Residence. The Apartment had lots of space for everyone and all the facilities that we needed for our stay. In addition, we were offered daily housekeeping and bottled water. Mayar Residence is conveniently located across from the Forum shopping centre - so we had plenty of places to shop and eat at plus activities to keep busy. Would definitely book Mayar Residence again.

Great place, but too much outside noise

Great property, very clean and well maintained. Very friendly staff. Nicely located across from Forum mall, close to metro station. My only complaint is too much noise from cars and trucks driving fast outside. I booked a room with a balcony, and it was impossible to enjoy outside with all that noise.

Had city view room. Mold in shower. Couldnt shower there. Poor cleaning. Staff rude and unattentive. The rooms are not as big as advertized. The rooms are not more than max 50-60 sq.m even though it was advertized to be almost 70-80.. Pillows hard as rock.but luckily there is ikea and big mall so we just bought new pillows. When i asked staff why they say the rooms are bigger on the advertizement they just shrugged the shoulders. And yeah, the duvet covers were top short so the duvet was sticking out from the covers all the time..the duvets were not washed, only the covers..

Top Hotel, Zimmer sind super ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Personal sehr freundlich und versucht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen, super nett und immer mit einem Lächeln! Das Hotel liegt gleich beim Einkaufszentrum Forum Istanbul mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einer Metro Station. Mann kann bequem ins Zentrum mit der Metro fahren. Kommen gerne wieder! Kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.
