Beautiful room

The room was very comfortable and clean. The area was quiet. However, this hotel was a lot further from the airport than stated. The distance from the airport needs to be verified. It was a 15 minute ride. I paid 40 euros round trip. I think that this was too much. I do not understand why this did not include the driver's tip. Also, tipping is expected but the amount is not clearly specified. The Turkish tourism industry needs to explain this to travelers. I tipped the driver but he would not accept my tip because it was too little. I had clearly insulted him. Which made me feel awful. The whole tipping culture is too much and makes me not want to return to Turkey.

They have taxi service with reasonable prices and very quick service.And they try to help answering any other questions no matter if is related or not with hotel. We stay two times and definitely this hotel will be our choice next time we travel to Istanbul !!

Very good for an airport hotel. The staff was very helpful. We left something behind and they found and kept it until we were flying back out of Istanbul. Definitely will stay again.

hotel serves purpose as good for one night stay, late arrival, near the airport for next day travel to final destination. 20euro taxi much much quicker and easier than hotel shuttle.

The place is convenient as it is near the airport. The breakfast that is included is not that great; they don't have a kitchen, so you get a ready-made plate with cold things on your room with some bags of instant coffee to prepare yourself.

The property fulfilled what we booked it for, no more, no less - a place to sleep after arriving on a late flight into Istanbul. However, in retrospect, we could have gone into the city that night, which would have avoided traffic and the heat of the next day. I had booked the hotel's airport shuttle to avoid potential taxi scam or need for TRY to pay. They had great instructions sent to my WhatsApp, and I expected that given the very specific details requested (message us at baggage claim, message us at arrival at shuttle location), the shuttle would arrive very quickly. However, it still took about 15 minutes of waiting after I arrived at the pickup spot, and probably even longer for the guests that were already waiting there when we arrived - taxi would have been faster. So it's not a private shuttle, but it was a large enough van to hold 5-6 people. Then we got to reception, and when I told the receptionist I wanted to pay card for the shuttle because I didn't have TRY, she told me I should pay cash and I could wait until tomorrow to do so, so I had to argue with her that the website clearly said I could use card. Then she pulled out the machine, made a feeble attempt to show me it wasn't working, then the manager (?) came around, plugged a cable into it, and then magically it worked. Otherwise, the room and bathroom were both fine, but compact. The staff was generally friendly. Bring earplugs, because the hotel is directly under the airport flight path.

The hotel is new and very clean. The staff is what makes it special, everyone went above and beyond. I was by myself with two tiny children and the staff helped bring all of our luggage up and then back down. Something that certainly isn’t expected or ever done at hotel near airports. Very grateful and will ways choose to stay here on my layovers, thanks again.

I had a great experience at this hotel during my stay in Istanbul. The hotel was very clean, the service was excellent, and the staff were helpful and professional. One of the best things was its location — very close to Istanbul Airport, which made my travel so convenient. The taxi service arranged for me was on time, smooth, and very comfortable. It brought me straight to the hotel without any issues. The price of the hotel was quite reasonable considering the quality of service. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, well-located, and comfortable stay near the airport.

The Hotel was fine for a 1 day stay because it is close to the Airport. The 3 rooms we rented were all clean and comfortable except in 2 rooms the AC didn't work very well. The rooms have almost no furniture and the refrigerators were just sitting on the floor. It is also located directly under the flight path for the Airport and the airplane noise was constant. Overall, the price was right for what you get.
