Fair for a short stay, Bed is comfy and area is nice (shops and restaurants nearby). But apartment is very old and facilities are damaged. In my room shower was broken and I asked for a room change and it took them 30 minutes to arrange that. Staff are not nice and welcoming. Also, my room smell like cigarette and even the whole area had a bad smell.

The location is perfect, with easy access to all major attractions. The room was clean, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with local recommendations. Highly recommend, especially if you're looking for a great value and a fun atmosphere in the heart of the city!

Appalling hotel do not stay.

Air con was pitiful. Needed a regas. Shower head holder was broken. Nice gentleman on desk Shevon moved me to a different room with slightly better air con. But shower head was coming out like a running tap. Poor quality hotel. Looks good on pics.

No queen-size bed!

The hotel is located in a nice and safe neighborhood and is within a walking distance from the closest Metro station. The hotel looks new and the rooms are nice, however the rooms do NOT have queen-size bed as advertised, but a double bed. The deluxe rooms are bigger than the standard rooms, but they just come with extra empty space; they do not come with more furniture or bigger beds. I'm surprised that the owner decided to put double beds, not queen-size beds, even in the deluxe rooms. The deluxe rooms do have a nicer view and are better-lit though than the standard rooms. The internet was not reliable and would get disconnected too often, and sometimes it would not get connected back for a while. I was on the sixth floor. Another concern was the service. The housekeepers were nice, but it seemed that they didn't know how housekeeping should be done. In more than one occasion, they did not change the bedsheets or towels and they would not empty the trash bins. I recommend using a checklist as many hotels do.

Berbat!

Berbat!! Hotele girince nerdeyiz diye düşündük! Kadın olarak güvenilir bit his vermiyordu. Odaya çıktığımızda inanılmaz bir rutubet korkusuyla karşılaştık. Görevliye söylediğimizde akşama kadar geçer cevabını aldık. Havlular sarı, yataklar temiz hissi vermiyordu. Akşam üzeri döndüğümüzde odanın kapısını açar açmaz aynı koku yüzümüze vurdu. Asla o kokuda uyunamazdı bavullarımızı alıp arkamıza bakmadan kaçıp yeni hotel atmaya koyulduk… ne yazık ki rezervasyonu geri ödemeli almadığımız için paramızı geri alamadık.
