The hotel is in a very convenient location. Just a few minutes' walk from the Havabus drop off location. However, the thing that disappointed the most was the behavior of the staff. They were so rude that they refused to meet the most basic requirements. When we arrived the room was very suffocating and to add to injury they had turned off the aircon from their main control system. When we requested them to turn that on they refused to do it reasoning that it gets cool at night so if you open your windows you wouldn't need an aircon. When it became unbearable in the room after half an hour, I had to go to the reception and argue with this rude person for good some time and then he said that he will talk to his technical manager and see what they can do. After some time they turned on the aircon. This was the worst experience we had throughout our trip. Not going there again for sure.

Einmal und nie wieder. Das Personal ist nett. Aber das Hotel Katastrophe. Flur und Zimmer hat nach Klo/Abfluss gestunken, wir müssten bei der hitze ständig das Fenster offen halten. Zimmer war sehr klein. Ein Doppelbett für 2 Personen, wenn man es Doppelbett nennen kann, war einfach nur ein witz. Mein mann und ich konnten garnicht im Zimmer schlafen, haben das Personal auch drauf angesprochen, die Betten wäre nach ihren Angaben alle gleich groß. Mini Bar/kühlschrank war leer. Unterm Bett war voller Staub, das Zimmer war leider nicht sauber. Obwohl die Putzfrau im zimmer war. Also würde ich keinen weiter empfehlen.

I arrived after midnight extremely tired and the reception could not find my reservation that I made few days ahead and paid fully. It took them more than half an hour until they were able to see it ! Second the room itself was very disappointing - does not look at all like the website- they gave me much smaller room

Avoid booking double rooms, they are tiny

I had booked two twin rooms for my family. Three adults and one 8-year-old child. We were given two tiny double rooms. The double rooms are very small rooms. Imagine a room with a double bed that touches the walls and barely enough space to hold even your luggage. They are I assume good enough to just sleep at night and nothing else. We were also not given enough room amenities (e.g. soap, shampoo, slippers etc.). When we asked the hotel to at least give us one twin room as indicated on the reservation, they mentioned there are rooms available tomorrow. However, the day after we were told this is not the case. We moved out of the hotel after the first night and moved to a bigger room in a different hotel paying out of pocket. You can imagine confining an eight-year-old to a small room where you can barely move. It was horrible.
