Location is good, nice area around, good commuting. On negative side: - Water flow was limited, washroom was detached from shower that was rather strange. - Smoking fume was coming into the room intensively, while smoking floors were quite far, only room change helped.

Kabus gibi geçen iki gecenin ardından, kalan iki geceyi bu şartlarda geçiremeyeceğimizi anlayarak otelden çıkış yaptık. Sonrasında iade yapılmış olsa da, otelle ilgili yaşadığımız sorunları detaylı şekilde paylaşmanın faydalı olacağını düşünüyorum. Böylece konaklamayı düşünenler bilinçli bir karar verebilir ve hayal kırıklığı yaşamaz. • Odalar çok eski ve bakımsız. • Halılar son derece kirliydi. • Banyo ve tuvalet ayrı ve genel hijyen seviyesi yetersizdi. • Oda ciddi şekilde kanalizasyon kokuyordu. • Otelde sadece merkezi ısıtma sistemi bulunuyor. Oda sıcaklığını ne ayarlayabiliyor ne de tamamen kapatabiliyorsunuz. Gece saat 03.00’te sıcaktan nefes alamadığımız için resepsiyonu aradık. Çözüm olarak yalnızca camların açılması önerildi ve bir görevli camları açmaya geldi. Aralık ayında camlar açık uyumaya çalıştık, ancak bu sefer de dışarıdan gelen bitmek bilmeyen alarm sesleri ve yoğun trafik gürültüsü nedeniyle uyumak mümkün olmadı. Kısacası, Hotels.com puanına güvenerek bu oteli tercih ettik ancak büyük bir hayal kırıklığı yaşadık. Aynı bölgede, hatta hemen yanındaki, puanı daha düşük olan başka bir otelde ise çok daha temiz, huzurlu ve konforlu bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık.

Otel konumu konforlu bir deneyim sağlıyor: Hemen yanında Fişekhane içerisinde güzel mekanlar mevcut, Karaköy’e ise 15 dakika mesafede. Odalar temiz, kullanışlı, personel güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Olumsuz sayabileceğim tek konu bir akşam odama geldiğimde tuvaletin sigara kokmasıydı ama sebebini bilemiyorum. 24 saat açık bir spor salonu olması da olumlu.
