I spent 4 nights here and I cannot commend Okan enough. He waited up until 3am for me to arrive as the taxi company had messed up and I had a long wait at the airport. The hotel was exceptionally clean and we were able to relax and enjoy our time. They arranged trips and taxis for us and walked us to the road to ensure that we got the right taxi etc. The food was good but it was the friendly and helpfulness of all that really made out stay so memorable. Would happily stay again if ever in Istanbul again.

The staff, specially the reception lady was great. Other than that, everything was terrible. I’ve been promised to be refunded and it’s been like 9 days and no refund yet.
