Poor value for money

Rooms are not clean. We changed the room yet still dead bugs and spiderwebs. Also condition of the room was bad windows didnt close. couldnt stay and left

Vip room book yapmamıza rağmen bize jakuzisi içerde oda sundular. Fark olmadığını düşünüp kabul ettim yardımcı olmak adına. Çünkü oda geldiğimizde hazır değildi belli ki. (Fiyat farkı olmasına rağmen yanılmıyorsan) Sorun şu ki duş yok yani her seferinde jakuziyi kullanmak durumundasin. Ek olarak bungalowlarım olduğu yerde internet hizmeti yok! Yani wifi mevcut değil tesiste. Odalar, oda kahvaltı olarak satılıyor. Standart maliyeti minimize etmek için kurgulanmış bir kahvaltı. Bu husus çok ciddi sorun olmasa da yine de bilmek iletişim kurup boyle bir servisimiz var duymak güzel olabilirdi. Diyette ve belirli ürünleri yemiyen misafirler olabilir. Overall bir daha tercih etmem ve net bir şekilde önermem.

Ortam cok guzel ancak hijyen sorunlu

Ortam son derece sessiz ve kafa dinlenecek duzeydeydi. Kaldığımız 3 numarali odanin muhtesem bir bahcesi vardı. Kahvaltısı çok muhtesem olmasa da doyurucuydu. Ancak tüm bu guzelliklere ragmen muthis bir temizlik sorunu vardi. Engelleyemedikleri bir böcek salgini olduğunu soylediler. Bir kismi odaya girdiğimizde ölüydü, bir kismini da biz öldürdük. Ancak bas edemedik ve otel gorevlilerinden yardim istedik. Gelip elektrik supurgesi ile cekmek zorunda kaldıklar. Odayi temizlediler mi, yoksa oylece teslim mi ettiler emin olamadik. Havlular, banyo ve carsaflar sıkıntılıydı.

Her şey çok güzeldi

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve oldukça ilgililer odamız temizdi kahvaltı oldukça yeterli ve güzeldi kahvaltı saatinden önce çıkmamız gerektiği halde yardımcı oldular. Özellikle Emir beye ilgisi için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz.

Memnuniyetsizlik

Oda pisti duşa kabinde su lekeleri , metal şampuan kutusunda su lekeleri vardı. Tv bozuktu.tv kumandasının pili yoktu pil isteyince çok geç getirdiler zaten tv de bozukmuş anlamı olmadı.odada cam yok sürgülü cam kapı var açınca tel yırtıkmış onuda açamadık. Parti vardı gürültüden asla uyuyamadık
