Sauna not included / bag incident / location

Problem 1: The listing says there's a sauna and steam room - which is the primary reason why I booked a stay here. Turns out, use of the sauna/steam are NOT included with your stay, and in order to use them.. you must purchase a spa package for approximately 100 euros. Very misleading and disappointing. Problem 2: MY BAG WENT MISSING. I arrived back in my room and my bag was gone. Shortly after my arrival, someone walked into my room with the bag. They said that they didn't have a record of me checking in, so they didn't know why there was a bag in there. My main issue is that my bag was opened and various items were moved around. Were they looking for identification, or were they looking for valuables? I'm not sure. Problem 3: The location is somewhat inconvenient. You can see the Mall of Istanbul, but in order to get there you need to take a taxi. Was alright for the 1 night I stayed there, but I wouldn't want have to do that every time I wanted to go get food. The good: The rooms are nice and clean. The bed is also comfortable. No problems with the wifi.

bad customer service

Bad customer service, needed to scan a document at the reception as they dont have business centre, reception people dont even acknowledge your presence, they keep talking over the phone or to each other, and when someone answers you, anything can distract them from listening to you. they are very loud when they talk to each other and dont smile. owful feeling when dealing with them

It was a disappointment stay! Unfortunately location is not ideal for tourists. 5 stars hotel, but missing so many things. The internet is terrible slow & wifi keep disappear. For the amount of money I paid it’s expensive compared to what u deserve. Other point; I asked the receptionist for extension how much the night ? He said 477 TL and he charged me 500 TL ! I kept telling him if u say 477TL why do u charge me 500TL per night !?
