Gayet temiz geniş ve güzeldi. Tek sorunu kapının içten ne kadar kilitlenirse de dışardan gelen kişinin kapıyı açabilmesiydi. Onun disinda hersey iyiydi.

Misafirlerle ilgilenme biçimi, çözüm odaklı yaklaşımı ve güler yüzü gerçekten mükemmel. Daha otele adım atar atmaz kendinizi güvende ve değerli hissettiriyor. Odalar son derece temiz, düzenli ve konforlu. Her detayın özenle düşünüldüğü belli. Otelin genel temizlik standartları da gerçekten takdire şayan. Kısacası Renzo Hotel, kaliteli hizmeti ve profesyonel ekibiyle kesinlikle tercih edilmesi gereken bir yer. Tarık Bey’e özellikle teşekkür ederim; misafir memnuniyeti konusundaki titizliği gerçekten fark yaratıyor.
