very pleasant, friendly staff .Helpful when needed .That all make to be relaxed enjoyable few days in Ritus hotel. To mention the amicable interior as well. Central position ie walking distance to all interesting monuments of the past. All that experience is calling us to come back and explore more.

A perfect location for walking to all the historical attractions. The rooftop (open and with windows) restaurant on the top floor of the partner hotel beside the Ritus has an amazing view and great food/service. Excellent professional staff 24X7

This new hotel is very clean and beautiful. Nice and quiet and located perfectly to walk to the key historical locations in Istanbul including the famous Bazaar. An additional benefit is the top floor restaurant at the adjacent hotel that has great food and an amazing view of the historical sites. Ritus will do all restaurant reservations and private driver arrangements. Very knowledgable professional staff!

Staying at the Ritus Sultanahmet was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the friendly and professional staff at the front desk. Check-in was extremely quick and smooth, and they were helpful in every way. Ridvan's welcome was really nice. He first brought us cold towels and then he was really eager to offer us something to eat.We were treated to delicious desserts and drinks upon arrival. The hotel has its own unique rituals, both during check-in and at breakfast. I'd like to extend a special thank you to Hamza. Their attentiveness, friendliness made my stay a wonderful one. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone considering staying in this unique location in Istanbul.

Beautiful hotel. Room was small but immaculate, had everything we needed. Reception staff & concierge were great-no issues there. Very pleasant & helpful. Had to ask housekeeping on two days for cream for coffee as they hadn’t replaced what had been used. Also had items we brought in taken from the fridge in the room - no signs or notes to say we couldn’t put our own items in so disappointed with that.

Très bon hôtel, emplacement parfait !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Ritus à Istanbul. L’emplacement est parfait, en plein cœur de Sultanahmet, idéal pour visiter à pied les principaux sites historiques. Les chambres sont belles, confortables, propres et très bien entretenues. Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible pour aider. On se sent véritablement bien pris en charge dès l’arrivée. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et de très bonne qualité. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et nous n’hésiterons pas à y revenir lors d’un prochain séjour à Istanbul.

Most enjoyable

We were greeted at the door by staff with a cart of treats and beverages. The staff, managed by Gorkem Oncel, treated us like we were the only guests in the hotel. They were friendly, accommodating and courteous. Every time we left and entered the hotel, we were greeted and asked if there was anything we needed. At one point, late at night, we returned to the hotel and I asked if they had ice cream. They said no but the staff offered to go down the street and get some for me which he did. I highly recommended The Ritus Hotel Istanbul Sultanahmet

Great Stay – Highly Recommend! I stayed at this newly opened hotel and had a really great experience. The location is super convenient, close to everything you might need. Since the hotel is new, everything is in great shape—modern, clean, and really comfortable. You can tell they’ve put thought into the design and details. Breakfast was a real highlight! So many choices and everything was fresh and tasty. Definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in a while. The staff were also amazing—really friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice, hassle-free place to stay!

スーツケースを持ってても、トラムのスルタンアフメット駅から平坦な道を歩いて2-3分で着くので便利です 観光に関して、ブルーモスクやアヤソフィア、トプカプ宮殿、バジリカシスタンからも歩いて10分程度なので旧市街を中心に観光するのにとても便利です。 旧市街に行きたい場合でもトラムになればすぐに行けますし、なんならガラダ橋まで歩いて15分程度で行けます。 ホテルの方々に関して、すごく先回りしたり、恭しく対応してもらいたいのであれば違うと思いますが、言えば要望に応えてもらえますし、付かず離れずがいいのであれば快適です。

Hotel maravilhoso. Limpo, novo, instalações maravilhosas, ótimo atendimento, café da manhã bom, localização maravilhosa. Tudo muito bom. Um agradecimento especial a Irem, que foi muito prestativa e acolhedora durante a nossa estadia. Uma pena que ficamos apenas uma noite, mas pretendemos voltar.
