Not very good, so so

Room was ok but toilet smell was coming in the room. Also breakfast was not acceptable at all we did not take breakfast after the first day breakfast. Scrambled egg were uncooked and when I asked I was told so that it would cook over the time for late coming guests.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.. My second stay was wonderful as my first stay Staffs are pleasant. Rooms are kept clean 🙂 I would only suggest if at breakfast, the menu can be different at some days.. Thank you

Everything amazing except the cleaning

The Hotel stuff were amazing, the location was just perfect, near to everywhere, the tramway station a the marmaray metro station were about 3 minutes walking, the breakfast was not bad at all it was delecious and various. But the room cleaning was very bad, trash under out bads, sometimes we don’t get our bads and towels changed, it was the only thing i hated all my stay.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Lage ist top! ÖPNV ist fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Leider sind die Zimmer jedoch renovierungsbedĂŒrftig und das Reinigungsteam in mancher Hinsicht verbesserungswĂŒrdig...

j'ai réservé chambre vue sur la rue, je me retrouve dans une chambre prison, la réception se foute de la geule des clients, on m a promis que le lendemain j aurais une autre chambre, le lendemain impossible, heureusement le service client est intervenue pour me loger dans un autre hÎtel pas loin. évitez cet arnaque
