Everything was excellent. The room was a little bit cold when I got there but the was able to fixe the issue. Other than that everything was perfectly excellent. Thanks to Ismail who helped me from the beginning till the end of my trip. Thanks to Fatima, sinan and Kadir. The service was great. This place has a great location.

I never made it to Turkey. Stinking Saudi Airlines cancelled my flight. So, it was totally out of my hand. And their first available Trip was literally 24 hours before I was supposed to leave Turkey. So, we couldn't go. The hotel didn't recognize a force major that I was having and charged me the full amount. When, God Willing, I eventually do go to Turkey, I will never deal with them.

Excellent service and very accommodating staff The staff at Seven Hills Hotel were extremely prompt, cooperative, and professional throughout our stay. We initially faced a small issue with the room that was provided, but the concierge handled it very kindly and even offered us a complimentary room upgrade. Although we chose not to take the upgrade to avoid the hassle of moving our belongings, we truly appreciated the gesture. They also offered us a late checkout and were always available to answer questions or assist with any additional services. Overall, the service made our stay very pleasant and comfortable.

The room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and the balcony view was simply breathtaking—the sunrise in particular was spectacular. I also loved having the hot tub right in the room. The only minor issue was noise suppression; while loud calls to prayer from the nearby mosques are expected, I could also clearly hear conversations from neighboring balconies. The hotel staff was absolutely phenomenal. Every person I interacted with—Ozan, Fatima, and Ismail—was extremely hospitable and attentive. The front desk truly served as a one-stop-shop for every need: tours, transport, dining, and recommendations. They were consistently kind and never pushy if we chose a different option. Will definitely be back!

Seven Hills was one of the best experiences I’ve had traveling. I travel a lot. Oran, who I always wanted to call Michael, but I knew that was wrong 😂, helped me so much with arrangements. Fatima is an awesome gal, and I’m mad at myself for not remembering other names. You might see Groucho Marx working the desk, too. I plan to go back again and take friends/family. Istanbul is so cool!

Staff was very accommodating. Hotel is in a perfect location, near Hagia Sophia. View from rooftop is incredible. Four Seasons is just down the street at a much more expensive price. Only issue is that there’s a sister hotel near the water named Seven Hills Palace and my driver confused the two.

Giving 2 stars as the reviews and service were not as expected The AC would be turned off around 2-3AM and the heaters would be set to on which was so annoying, I was given a tiny room which was next to the pub which you can imagine the noise so I couldn't open the window either Broken bed given After making so many complaints I was finally given a decent room for the last 3 out of 7 nights
