Fantastic stay in the King Suite

Very warm and friendly welcome on arrival, and met by Ozzie on reception with a welcome drink. He explained about breakfast, offered trips and we were then shown to our amazing room. Great view from balcony, spotlessly clean and fresh bottled water every day. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. So much food and lots of choice - we certainly didn’t need lunch after the huge breakfast. Fantastic rooftop terrace and restaurant with excellent views all around. Staff all very friendly and attentive and couldn’t fault anything.

The staff were friendly. The room was large but old in furnishings. Finding the hotel was confusing because the restaurant and hotel of the same name are At the same place. The restaurant was not available that night it seems. A good location for a tourist hotel. The suite was large but with no view and not sure how presidential I would call it. Bed was comfy enough. For some reason my room was supposedly for the physically hampered. There was a bar by the toilet for this but it was loose and rickety so I’m glad I did not need it. Good enough but hardly five stars or first class.

The staff were very polite and friendly, very accommodating. They arranged for an early breakfast for us to eat before dawn during the month of Ramadan. Osmaniye, the hotel concierge arranged for Hammam bath/message and a walking tour of the old city. We will miss their hospitality.

Number of great things about this hotel with close proximities to Hagia Sagia, Blue Mosque and any other places in Sultanamet. Roof top restaurant with great view of both religious as well as city view. Out of all, most friendly staffs, that I definitely need to appreciate.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made our stay both comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms are clean and a great size. The roof top view is amazing and the location of this hotel is perfect! Everything is within walking distance. Looking forward to staying here again in the near future.

The staff at this property were amazing! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, they were attentive, friendly, humorous and overall great. The rooms on Expedia say Soundproof, but they are most definitely not. We could hear everything from the room above us walking around and moving chairs constantly to the people in the hallways and we could hear them clearly, which kept us up all night. This is why this hotel did not receive a 5 star from me.

Spacious rooms and beds. It is located in the heart of Instanbul old town. It is walkable and with lots of restaurant in the surroundings. The staff is very welcoming and polite. Parking is a problem tough. On the other hand there's easy access to trams and taxis.

Location of the hotel was fantastic, two minute walk from Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque. Rooms were quite basic and noise from neighbouring rooms was an issue. Rooftop bar has fab views but pricey for drink. Staff were friendly and helpful.
