Awesome Hotel with Excellent Staff

We stayed at this wonderful motel twice (once for one night then a further 2 nights), we had asked via email prior to arrival if we could leave our bags while we did an overnight tour to Gallipoli, no problems at all, we were even asked to look at the free activities through the hotel, we pre booked these as two of these were due on the day we arrived, again no problems. Staff went out of there way to make us feel welcome, no problem was too hard to fix. We did the Culinary tour with Okay and absolutely brilliant so much to learn about the culture from Istanbul and the wonderful food. We also did the Turkish cuisine cooking class, learnt the spices and the ways to cook 2 dishes then got to eat the meal for free, again wonderful. We left our bags at the hotel and waited to depart to Gallipoli, the bus was late and staff were making sure we had breakfast before we departed. When we arrived back at the hotel at midnight the following night the bags had been put into our room to save us the problem at our late arrival time. Overall staff friendliness at the hotel was exceptional a pleasure to stay and can't recommend this enough, planning another trip in the future to a wonderful town and Hotel.

Exceptional Service

We arrived at the Sirkeci Mansion early at about 8.30 AM, this was not an issue, we were made welcome from the time we arrived and staff went out of there way to help us and get us into our room as soon as possible well before check in time. All staff gave exceptional service starting with Okay (Front Desk Manager) and all staff that we came in contact with. This made our stay so much better that we were treated like family and well looked after. Brilliant.

Excellent location

Very welcoming and informative staff. Great location within easy walking distance to a lot of the attractions. Close to tram stop . Breakfasts could be better, no fresh cooking availabke eg omelettes or pancakes.

perfect

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance from most of the major attractions. The staff at the hotel were very helpful, sitting down with us to plan what we wanted out of our visit, and offering to book on line tickets and make reservations for one of the palaces which we would probably not seen as we were not aware we needed to reserve places on a tour. . The breakfasts and restaurant were also ecxellent with a lot of choice. A very nice touch was the complimentary tea and bagels served late afternoon, very welcome after a day on our feet.

Convenient & Kind

Location was very good (sometimes heard Koran because near blue mosque, but did not care so much) , and staff was kind. When I arraived early morning before check-in time, the staff recommended if I had the breakfast here or not. It has sauna and Turkish Spa, but are open only from 4pm. I wish also AM would be open !

Le personnel est accueillant et très serviable, également le personnel de chambres. Les chambres sont agréable. Petite collation l'après-midi. Grand buffet de petit-déjeuner et de qualité. Hammam, sauna et piscine à disposition. J'ai également testé le massage qui est très bien aussi, en supplément.

Super Tage in Istanbul

Das Hotel ist super! Die Zimmer sehr schön, auf dem Dach eine Terasse auf der man sich vom Trubel der Stadt erholen kann. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Es liegt genial, zentral aber ruhig in einer Seitenstrasse. Dahinter beginnt gleich der Gülhane Park. Zur Tramstation hat man 2 Minuten zu Fuss zur Marmaray 5'. Alle Sehenwürdigkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich das Frühstücksbuffet grosszügig und sehr lecker. 5 Sterne! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder in dieses Hotel gehen.
