We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The accommodations were very comfortable for a group of three, however, what stands out is how helpful and kind the staff was throughout our entire stay. Fatih and MK took such great care of us; Greeted us with a smile every time no matter what time we came in or went out. They went above and beyond to give us information about the city, arrange transportation, and make sure we had whatever we could think of including a mobile wifi device for our use. We will definitely stay at this property again. 🤗

Great pre-cruise hotel, and reasonably . pricedRoom was spacious and staff were very helpful and all spoke English which made it easier! Location was the best …just off istiklal ave! Hotel had no amenities or on site restaurants, but that was OK as very close to the heart of the action. One complaint I had was insufficient lighting in the bathroom.

This is a great hotel. Great location. The staff is amazing. Extremely helpful. I went with my family and they gave us all the information on where to eat, how to get around, best places to walk. They made our experience extremely memorable. Rooms are clean and good size. The restaurant in the hotel makes delicious food.

We arrived very early in the morning and a couple of days prior to arrival the hotel contacted us and the arrange our transportation and we were made so welcome as soon as we arrived kept the luggage until the room was ready and we were able to have a rest that day.Best location ever 👍 The staff is lovely they advise us to have breakfast just a cross the road and that was a wonderful !!!!!the food the ambiance and the staff are amazing I can thank enough the staff at the hotel everyone was so nice we really felt at home 🥰🙏💕❤️
