Great pre-cruise hotel, and reasonably . pricedRoom was spacious and staff were very helpful and all spoke English which made it easier! Location was the best …just off istiklal ave! Hotel had no amenities or on site restaurants, but that was OK as very close to the heart of the action. One complaint I had was insufficient lighting in the bathroom.

This is a great hotel. Great location. The staff is amazing. Extremely helpful. I went with my family and they gave us all the information on where to eat, how to get around, best places to walk. They made our experience extremely memorable. Rooms are clean and good size. The restaurant in the hotel makes delicious food.

We arrived very early in the morning and a couple of days prior to arrival the hotel contacted us and the arrange our transportation and we were made so welcome as soon as we arrived kept the luggage until the room was ready and we were able to have a rest that day.Best location ever 👍 The staff is lovely they advise us to have breakfast just a cross the road and that was a wonderful !!!!!the food the ambiance and the staff are amazing I can thank enough the staff at the hotel everyone was so nice we really felt at home 🥰🙏💕❤️

The front desk staff was incredibly nice and friendly. They provided tour and restaurant recommendations, which were very helpful. The area is nicely located near shops and lots of restaurants. The only negatives (minor) are the night street noise and a slightly hard bed. Overall, a great choice!

We truly enjoyed our short stay. The hotel made our transportation arrangements from the airport and it worked out great. They also set us up for a tour of the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our day with our guide, Sam. He was so informative and helpful. The hotel was always more than happy to offer us recommendations or assistance with whatever we needed. It was our first time in Istanbul and we really appreciated their assistance. The hotel was comfortable and located right by a walkable street with shops and cafes. I would recommend staying at this hotel!

This should not be a Expedia VIP property. First room I received was unacceptable for multiple reasons. If it’s low price, go for it. The location is amazing, but do not expect VIP quality. Don’t think because the ratings are high that it’s because of the hotel itself. It’s mediocre at best but in a very good location. If you do stay, don’t get the standard room. Upgrade if available.

Good location steps off Istiklal street near Tunell and Galata Tower. Staff was excellent and welcoming. Near good restaurants and the hustle-busltle of the New Town. Street below is a bit trashy.
