Bright, spacious, and modern interiors featuring 4 comfortable bedrooms and 3 living rooms.

- Layout includes two King beds (180×200 cm), one Double bed (160x200 cm), and one Full bed (140×200 cm). Fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries are provided for every guest.

- Layout: The villa is approx. 300 m² spread over 4 floors with no elevator. Basement: Gym/Sauna/Garden; Ground: Living/Kitchen; Upper floors: 4 Bedrooms/Living.

- Family Friendly
Traveling with little ones? We've got you covered! A crib can be prepared upon request.

- Bathrooms: 5 total (4 Full Bathrooms with showers + 1 Half Bath/Powder room).

- Kitchens: A spacious, fully equipped main kitchen plus two separate kitchenettes with fridges on other floors—perfect for large families.

- Stay connected and entertained: Two 55" 4K Ultra HD TVs (Entrance floor & Top floor) are at your disposal. Super-fast WiFi covers every corner of the villa, from the workspace to the garden.

Situated on an elevated coastal position, the villa offers uninterrupted sea vistas. The area is safe and peaceful at night, yet lively during summer days.

- Beach: Public beach approx. 3 km away.

- Nearby: Grocery stores, weekly bazaar, and seaside restaurants are close by.

- Shared Pool: The pool is shared within the complex (21 villas). It is generally calm and child-friendly. Please note: Maximum 3 guests from our villa can use the pool at a time. Closed Mondays for cleaning.

* Utilities: The complex has a generator and water tanks (no interruptions), plus 24/7 security cameras and personnel.

This is a peaceful family complex, and we cherish our relationship with our neighbors. To maintain this harmony:

- Quiet Hours: We ask for silence after 10:00 PM.

- No Parties: Parties, crowds, and loud gatherings are strictly prohibited. We kindly ask you to be mindful of noise levels at all times.
