The service was excellent. All staff were very kind and friendly, especially the receptionists. The room was small but very clean and had all the basics. The area is central but it's in a narrow street and you have to go up the hill to make your way to Sulltanahmed centre. The breakfast wasn't that good. It had a limited selection of food and mostly cold staff but does the job and it's ok if you're not too fancy. Overall the hotel it's a very good option to stay close to the main attractions of Sultanahmed

Great location in the old city, close to most iconic tourist sites, as well as easily walkable to many forms of public transit. The maid service was hit or miss, but any need was taken care of as soon as it was made known to the staff. The room was small by Western standards, but certainly sufficient for two--and modern, clean, and new. The morning breakfast fueled and delighted.

The area was very central to many landmarks. Staff,were friendly and helpful and provided good information about the city and things to do. The area was bustling and interesting watching the shoe makers at work. At times very noisy area and could do with some street cleaners the pavements were dirty with cigarette butts.

The hotel was very good and well located for seeing all the sights. The only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 was that the breakfast was not to my taste but that’s really my problem. There was a good offering for breakfast and free tea and coffee was available through the day. I could not fault the staff
