Good location, as its in the quite neighbourhoods of Taksim, away from the clubs etc so nice a quite for those with families. Staff is great, always helpful with a smile! Happy with the hotel! Would defo recommend and stay again!

MALA EXPERIENCIA.

La entrada es angosta, el pasillo no tiene mas de 1.0 metro, pero a los lados estan los depósitos de basura (3), lo que reduce aun mas el ancho del pasillo. No hay elevador, no hay sartenes, ollas, cucharones, espátulas, cafetera llena de agua podrida. WC sucios, Hongos en los baños Escalera en caracol pequeña. La estufa es pequeña electrica con mecanismo de encendido defectuoso En la reservación eran tres camas pequeñas y una cama doble. La realidad dos camas pequeñas y una cama doble y un sofá cama en mal estado, duro.. A la mañana siguiente abandonamos el lugar. Lo único positivo es la atención del personal.

시설은 수리를 해서 깨끗한데 관리를 못하는곳

처음엔 시설이 깨끗하다 생각했는데 침대에서 잔 흔적인 머리카락이 3-4개보였고 시트가 구겨져있었다 . 새시트를 요구하니 그닥지 깨끗하지 않은 이불 커버를 주면서 미안하다는 말도 없고 알아서 하라고 했다 .첫날부터 바닥은 청소를 하지않아 머리카락과 먼지가 있었고 먹다만 물병과 사용한 수건이 걸려있었다. 커피와 차는 3일 숙박하는 동안에 제공되지 않았다 화장지도 하나만 있었고 샤워젤은 빈통이었고 청소는한번도 해주지 않았다.물도 하루만 제공되었고 추가 물을 요구하니 사다먹으라고했다.고객의 응대가 불친절하고 처음 방문할때나 나가는 날도끝까지 고객에게 인사말도 하지 않는곳이다. 숙박하는 동안 내내 마음이 편하지 않은 곳이다
