Un hôtel qui m’a réellement marqué. L’accueil est exceptionnel : une équipe très gentille, très professionnelle et toujours souriante. On se sent immédiatement bienvenu et parfaitement pris en charge. L’hygiène est irréprochable, aussi bien dans les chambres que dans les espaces communs. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon, servi à table avec soin et attention. L’emplacement est idéal, à 2 minutes à pied de la place Taksim, avec un accès facile à toute la ville. J’y retournerai sans hésiter. Si je dois repartir à Istanbul, ce sera cet hôtel-là. Je recommande sincèrement.
