Il personale è gentile e disponibile. C'è l'ascensore. Il wifi è ottimo. Siamo una coppia che lavora da remoto al computer e non abbiamo avuto problemi con la connessione. La posizione è buona, a due passi da Piazza Taksim. La pulizia generale della camera era scarsa. Abbiamo trovato un calzino sotto al divano e bottiglie di plastica sotto al letto, oltre a tanta polvere. Il bagno è troppo piccolo e senza un ricambio d'aria adeguato e il soffitto è pieno di muffa. La cucina non è adeguatamente attrezzata ma il personale è disponibile e se gli si chiede qualcosa sono pronti ad accontentarti. Non c'è una cappa quindi quando si cucina, gli odori e vapori circolano in tutta la stanza.
