Wonderful location, convenient to all in Old Town. Good luck trying to regulate temperature in room, pretty weak WiFi, bet you’re not smart enough to get TV to work!!! Very helpful and attentive staff. Good value for location. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay at. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Helped us arrange transport to airport last minute. Very close and in walking distance to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Also have restaurants right outside of hotel. Shops are near as well. Would definitely book this place again.

I had a wonderful stay at Thank You Hotel in Istanbul. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. From the moment we arrived until we checked out, they made us feel comfortable and cared for. Their hospitality truly stood out—they were polite, attentive, and went out of their way to assist us with directions, transportation, and any questions we had. It made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, and I would happily stay here again in the future.

This is the best hotel you can get in this area...it is very convinient to walk to all the attractions in the oldtown. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean. It is worth every penny. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and I will come back here again next time.

The hotel is new. They give us high class service at the reasonable rate. It is very close to major important spots. They gave me upgraded room. I greatly appreciate it. It was one of connecting room for family. As I used by myself, the connecting door was closed. Other family stayed at the other room. There was no sound proof Between the rooms, although it was closed. It would be the only point that they may be improved to sound proof wall/door. Another point that I would like to share is, i thought the airport bus stop was very close to the hotel. However, the bus doesn’t use the bus stop currently. I had to take tram to the closest bus stop, Aksalay. It was a big job to get there with heavy suitcases.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for our stay in Istanbul. It is conveniently located in the heart of Sultanahmet, within walking distance to the major attractions such as the Hagia Sofia and the Blue mosque. The surroundings area is vibrant and lively but still calm at night to afford a good night's sleep. The Sultanahmet tram line is just a few minutes walk, making it easy to connect to other areas. The hotel itself is welcoming and bright with modern decor and amenities. The room was very comfortable and clean. We had two connecting rooms which was perfect for our family. The hotel provided water daily and some convenient amenities like slippers and shoe horns. The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. The staff were outstanding and very helpful! As a family, we have travelled extensively and have stayed at some of the finest hotels. We highly recommend the Thank You hotel and would definitely stay there again!
