The staff were friendly and cooperative especially Mr. Nizameddine at the reception. The room was cleaned each day and the sheets and the towels were changed every day. The breakfast was good

had to spend more than 1 hour until hotel.com CS confirmed booking with hotel staff as they could not find my booking and couple with 3 children offered 3 single beds in small and smelly room!!// very poor/bad service.

cabaret en face de l'hotel

proche tramway et metro, bien tenu (propre et assez calme) mais un cabaret se trouve juste en face de l'hotel. Donc très bruyant :/

Nice hotel near the center.

The Hotel was nice. It was close to a shopping mall, cause it was near the center. We enjoyed our stay in Istanbul.
