Top Service. Sehr gute Lage, 5min bis zum Galata Tower und zur Shopping Strasse in Taksim. Hotel kann nur weiterempfohlen werden.

-schlechter Service -Zimmer defekte Türen -Unfreundlich -Komplizierte Mitarbeiter, checkin out dauerte 20 Minuten -Sehr hellhörig, dauernd Tische verschoben im Restaurant, Freunde hatten das Zimmer im Innenhof. Konnten nicht schlafen, da die Gäte sehr laut waren beim Check In etc. -Preis/ Leistung stimmt nicht

NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN!!!!!!! Wir waren 3 Nächte im Superior Zimmer und es war der blanke Horror. Im Zimmer hört man jedes kleine Geräusch aus der Lobby, wie z.b. Kinder die morgens schon Kreischen, Damen die Nachts noch bessoffen an der Bar hängen, oder touristen gruppen, die wild um sich her schreien. Bitte wundert euch nicht wenn irgendwelche Teile aus dem Badezimmer abfallen. Die Lage ist furchtbar, Gegenüber steht ein Abrissgebäude und es ist mit dem Taxi nur schwer erreichbar. Wir wurden vom Hauseigenen Restaurant abgewiesen. Wir wollten nur kurz vor dem zu Bett gehen einen Schlummerdrink nehmen. Es war ca 40min vor Schluss und es hatte noch 20 Gäste. Am Wochenende finden Abends jeweils Parties statt, die sehr gut von 15 bis 18 jährigen besucht werden. Nach der Party hört und sieht man kreischende, und betrunkene Gäste, Personal bei Aufräumarbeiten oder beim hin und her schieben von Tischen und Stühlen. Das Hotelpersonal war nicht bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt trotz täglichen Reklamationen angenehmer zu machen. Die Zimmer waren sauber.

The property will be renovating from 1 March 2024 to 31 March 2024 (completion date subject to change). The following areas are affected:
