I had an amazing stay at this hotel ! The staff was incredibly caring and helpful,offering great guidance and speaking fluent English. The hotel felt very safe, clean, and up to date. The breakfast was a delightful touch, and the room was spacious with tall windows offering excellent city views. Highly recommend for both convenience and comfort!

Management hält Zusagen von Mitarbeitern nicht ein. Storno wurde durch Mitarbeiter zugesagt. Expedia hat auch zugestimmt, Hotelmanagement hat abgelehnt. Wir haben die weiteren Buchungen dann storniert und werden nicht mehr in diesem Hotel übernachten. Personal nett und bemüht!

Oda da elektrikli ocak var ama tabak, tava, çatal, kaşık vb. hiç bişe yok. Banyoda şampuan yok resepsiyona sordum bizde de yok gelecek cevabını aldım. Mutfak kısmına çok kötü bi lavabo tarzı gibi bişey yapmışlar. Lavabo musluk başlığı damacanalara takılan elektronik pomba takmışlar. Rezalet bir deneyimdi bir de günlüğü 2800 civarı bi tutardı boşuna giden bir para oldu.

Personal ist super. Das Hotel ist sauber. Parkplatz direkt neben dem Hotel für 10€ am Tag. Das einzige was nicht gut war ist das Frühstück. Zu wenig Auswahl zu wenig Plätze zum sitzen.
