Few hiccups

Hotel didn't have booking and paid for it at hotel which is not usual. Couldn't lock door when we left and when we came back key card wouldn't open door and it took a while to fix but hotel staff let us have a late check out. Comfortable room with good linen but there are not enough English channels on tv and wifi didn't work in room.

Otel çevresi süper … temizlik 10 numara hatta . Bir tek eksiklik vardı . Biz odalarımızı kahvaltı dahil olarak aldık. Sağ olsunlar, odamızı standarttan deluxe’a çevirdiler, bu yüzden 4 puan verdim. Ama sabah kahvaltı servisinde kahve yoktu, ‘makine arızalı’ dediler. Hazır kahve isteyince de ‘odanızdan kendiniz getirirsiniz’ dediler… Ben bunun saygısızlık olduğunu düşünüyorum, bu yüzden bir puan düşürdüm

Yetersiz hizmet. Yetersiz oda ekipmanı. Kahvaltı asker karavanasından hallice. Sabah kahvaltıda(!) otelde kahve olmadığı anlaşıldı. Odada orta sehpa yok. Personel samimi görünmek için çabaladı. Ödenen ücreti hakeden tek şey deniz manzarası. Delux oda kavramını doldurabilecek bir hizmet ya da otel olanağı yoktu. Bir kova buz için fahiş fiyat talep edildi. Tekrar gidilmeyecek ve tavsiye edilmeyecek.

Nous avons réservé pour une nuit à l'hôtel Tiara. Le personnel est très sympathique et professionnel. Ils nous ont donné notre chambre plus tôt pour que l'on puisse poser nos affaires et découvrir l'île. La chambre est confortable et propre, le restaurant est superbe, une vue splendide par contre la carte des vins est assez onéreuse. Bon souvenirs
