Most of the staff were not very helpful when you ask for extra blanket or towel they answer the phone very rudely and they pretend don’t understand and ignore your request except for Ziya he was very helpful and speak and understand English well thanks Ziya for your service without you I would cancel my reservation. room service very poor and wall not sound proof .
