Cheated property

I got cheated with this property. I booked this hotel a month before my travel to istanbul. When i arrived the property was closed. According to the neighbour hotel it was closed three month ago but still got listing in hotel.com.

Отеля на самом деле нет. Двери закрыты, хозяин на телефон не отвечает, на сообщения в ватсапе не реагирует, хотя прочитал. Ушли искать другой отель. Почему этот до сих пор на сайте- загадка.
